1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Trackii ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Trackii is a personal budgeting app that helps you:

• Track income, spending, and savings
• Manage subscriptions
• Set and monitor monthly budgets
• Scan receipts for automatic spending logging
• Generate financial reports
• Access AI-powered financial insights (premium feature)

3. Not Financial Advice

Important: Trackii is a budgeting and tracking tool only. It does not provide professional financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. The AI Advisor feature provides general budgeting suggestions based on your data, but these should not be treated as professional financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in the EU/EEA) to use Trackii. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. User Accounts

• An account is required to use Trackii. You can sign up with email/password or Google Sign-In
• Your data is securely synced to the cloud so it is backed up and accessible on your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers

6. Premium Subscription

Pricing

• Trackii offers a premium subscription that unlocks AI Advisor and Financial Reports features
• Pricing varies by region and is displayed in the app before purchase

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase

Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Play Store)
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Free Features

• Budget tracking, spending logging, savings tracking, and subscription management remain free

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use the app to store or transmit malicious code

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Trackii are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trackii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the app or its AI features
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, account deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of Trackii is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and handle your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
